Firrhill follows a 32-period week. Each period will last for 50 minutes and Monday to Thursday will follow the same structure. Friday will, like all Edinburgh schools, have an earlier finish time for pupils.
Every day will start at 8:35am with a 10-minute Registration period when the register will be taken and important information will be given to pupils. It is vital that pupils are at their registration classroom by 8:35am and should arrive at school in plenty of time to get to registration punctually.
